Beauharnois still not lucky

Tonawanda cut short

GP-88 was thundering up and down the Niagara River all weekend. Tom Pakradoooni finished 2nd in 3 heats but the final was cancelled due to wind and water conditions. Brockville Thousand Islands International Regatta 2011
