The Eastern Divisional Championship was held at this years Quake on the Lake in Waterford, Michigan. Great racing all around despite some less than ideal conditions on Friday and Saturday. GP-88 ran an impressive lap average of 129 mph in a heat 3A victory but surcumed to another broken blower belt in the first turn of the final. Hoping for a good weather and race weekend in St. Félicien on August 1st and 2nd.
